Audience Targeting Goes Mainstream: DIGIDAY State of the Industry Survey On Audience Targeting

Audience targeting has become nearly as ubiquitous for advertisers and agencies as geo and demo targeting, with 85 percent of respondents to a recent DIGIDAY survey reporting usage of the tactic – a pop of 5 percent in just six months. The State of the Industry Survey on Targeting, reflects the experience of nearly 300 top digital advertising, agency and publishing insiders, as compared with responses from an earlier survey in May.

Marla Schimke, VP of Marketing of AudienceScience, DIGIDAY’s collaborator on the research, presented the data at DIGIDAY:TARGET in LA Monday.
