The tablets are coming! The tablets are coming!
I know, we’ve heard this before, but 2011 looks like it might actually be the year for a wider tablet market to take off.
What makes 2011 so different? According to a report by Sarah Rotman Epps, a Forrester Research analyst who specializes in mobile computing, a new model of the Apple iPad and a new version of the Google Android platform called Honeycomb, which is designed for larger screens, will bring a number of new options to consumers at varying sizes and prices.
