Tech Users and Marketers Go Heavily Digital

In a survey of users and sellers in late 2011, IDG Research Services has found that both groups rely heavily on digital information.  On average 50% of marketing budgets will be dedicated to digital programs in 2012, according to a survey of more than 270 marketers and agency pros primarily in the US.
When looking at the survey of users across 11 countries, information consumption is split among web sites, social media, and print publications.   The percentage of users who find social content very valuable doubled from 2010 to 2011.
