Tech marketers plan to increase spending more than double the hike in 2010. And, digital marketing will be the biggest winner. Those are some of the findings from IDC’s Tech Marketing Barometer research completed in earlier this year. IDC captured expected spend by marketing and communication categories including website, social media, advertising, direct marketing, and PR.
