Google has made search engine optimization, or SEO, one of the most important marketing avenues in modern times. Fueling almost all of Google’s profits, search marketing is now an established activity and has been figured out almost to a science. Although Google does change their ranking algorithms quiet frequently, it is still a very difficult task to organically make the first page of a search.
As Facebook was introduced to the masses and quickly gained their 500+ million user audience, social media marketing blew up. Now, in less than a decade, most established firms have an employee who’s main occupation is working on social media. Is social media worth it though?
